Our client requires a Senior HR Advisor to work onsite in Canary Wharf, London.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Primary contact for managers; providing advisory services for complex HR policy and procedural questions
- Regular meetings with aligned advisor and administrator to discuss business updates and requirements.
- Think proactively around business beneficial presentations eg performance manager, stress workshops, sickness management etc.
- Senior HR Advisor will be assigned ownership of one of more core internal process within UK HR Services. Responsible for ensuring your processes are kept up to date and any necessary amendments to policy or documentation is completed. There is the continued expectation to identify improvements to present processes and discuss these with the team.
- Audit Senior HR Advisor work where auditing is required.
- Partner effectively within your team alignment, ensuring that you provide guidance and support to HR Administrators and HR Advisers. Responding within SLA's and applicable timelines

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS:

- Hold disciplinary level 3 and 4 and other case work including informal/formal capabilities, grievances and action likely to result in dismissal.
- Support HR Manager with business tasks as required. (eg TUPE, Talent Workshops, Performance Assessment Workshops - at a junior manager level).
- Work with managers on benchmarking as required and any complex case work or queries.
- Effectively manage Occupational Health and sickness absence related cases, partnering with OH team and management. Maintaining documentation and records accurately, acting as a point of contact for the employee involved.

REDUNDANCY:

- Conduct individual redundancy consultations
- Produce redundancy calculations at times of high volume redundancy activities.
- Prepare settlement agreements and potentially hold basic settlement agreement situations (generally where the employee has requested it or is just awaiting the agreement).
