IHRE AUFGABEN:
-1st level support with operating systems, standard business applications, hardware and infrastructure
-Perform proactive ticket monitoring, updating owned tickets with latest status and inform user accordingly
-Monitor voice mailbox of user service segment and create according change or incident ticket
-Dispatch corresponding incident & service request tickets
-Receive incoming incidents and requests, record tickets and resolve them in an adequate time frame
-Contribute knowledge to knowledge data base
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Profound experience in a similar position
-Advanced German and English skills (verbal and written)
-Good communication skills
-ITIL certification is a plus
-Experience in pharma or related business area is a plus
