Senior Hadoop/Spark/Scala Developer (Big Data - 6 month contract Dublin)
My client is a multinational networking and telecommunications equipment and services company that is pioneering new business and software architecture to support next generation products and solutions. They are seeking a Senior Hadoop Engineer to Design and build robust and scalable solutions for Big Data problems. You will be responsible for rapid development and design on JAVA/SCALA based Server Side software to prove the concept of prototypes.
Desired Skills and Experience
B.Sc./M.Sc.in computer science, engineering science, software engineering or similar relevant discipline; with a minimum 5-7 years of applicable software development experience
Demonstrated practical understanding of the specification, design, documentation, coding, testing and release of commercial software
