Multi Channel CRM and new corporate strategy PCB. Functional extentions on the "Multi Channel CRM" application in the context of the new corporate strategy projects of Public and Corporate Banking business.
Responsibilities:
Analysis and design of functional extentions on the "Multi Channel CRM" application in the context of the new corporate strategy projects of Public and Corporate Banking business.
Follow up of the realisation of these projects.
Guarantee a high quality delivery by organizing and executing the necessary tests and by preparing pro-active the move to operations.
Technical skills:
Priority to functional skills.
Knowledge of
• web development (javascript)
• Mobile Iron
• IBM Mainframe development tools
CRM package "Efficy" is considered as a surplus.
Functional Skills:
• Knowledge of banking business
• Knowledge of CRM and / or CRM packages
• 3-8 years of experience as Functional Analyst
Personal skills:
- Open minded, flexibel, teamplayer, independent, good communication skills, Pragmatic.
- French, Dutch, English
