Senior Functional Analyst BSS

My client, one of the leading Telecoms operators in Belgium, is currently looking for a Senior Functional Analyst to join the BSS Rating and Billing team.

Responsibilities:
*Working in a team of functional and technical analysts handling projects on the BSS Rating and Billing systems
*Functional scope includes:
oRating: Usage rating, Real Time rating, usage configuration for mobile, fixed telephony, iDTV, Internet
oBilling: Product configuration, discounts, promotions, VAT, billing behavior configuration
oBill presentment: Bill preparation, bill presentment
oPost-billing: Online and offline payments, finance feeds, journaling and cash journaling, regulatory requirements, revenue share, electronic feeds, reporting
oInterfaces: 3rd party settlements, CRM, revenue share, order orchestration interface, self-care, architecture interface definition
oOther: Systems migration, archiving/partitioning, operational scheduling
*Cooperation with other teams to realize integration projects End-to-End:
oOnline team: Customer facing web applications & apps
oBSS Sales and Customer Services team: Order intake, order management, quotation engine, workflow orchestration
oOSS team: Technical order management & provisioning

Experience:
*BSS business and functional knowledge in Rating and Billing Telecom. Knowledge on Kenan Amdocs billing system. Netcraker billing system, Doc1 is an added value
*Functional knowledge on Billing and Post-billing, including product configuration, usage modelling, interfaces definition, payments, revenue sharing, migrations
*Requirements definition, solution analysis and high level design specification
*Project life cycle, Agile methodologies, coordination & end to end support
*Technical background: Oracle, SQL, UML, BMPN, SOA, Enterprise architecture
*Fluent spoken and written English is a must
*Dutch or French is a plus
