A global tier in investment bank is looking to hire a Senior Front Office Desktop Analyst to join their established end user support team. The role will involve the resolution of a range of incidents and problems across the front office banking environment, ensuring business and service continuity and assistance in any projects in this fast paced environment.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working as a desktop/2nd line support analyst/engineer in an Enterprise Front Office/Banking environment as this person will be coming in as a senior member of the team and expected the hit the ground running, also being involved in offering advice, change management and relationship management across multiple business streams.

Ideal Skills/Experience:

* Strong Enterprise Banking/Front Office Desktop/2nd Line Support Experience
* Good knowledge of Windows and Office Package
* Market Data exposure, eg Bloomberg/Reuters etc
* ITIL knowledge, appreciation of importance ofSLA's and Change processes
