SENIOR FRONT END DEVELOPER

We are currently seeking an Front End Developer for a leading financial client in Europe. You will be working in a progressive environment in a stable 12 months' contract in Amsterdam, Netherlands paying an excellent rate. (Possible extensions).

THE IDEAL FRONT END DEVELOPER WILL HAVE 70% OF THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:

- 3-5 years of web application/JavaScript development experience
- Excellent knowledge of modern HTML and CSS standards
- Experience in development reusable UI components and working in a modular based architecture
- Experience with Git and GitHub/GitLab
- Experience in testing using tools such as Mocha, Jasmine, Selenium, Protractor, Karma, etc...
- Experience with Web Components specs and Polymer framework or similar (Angular, Vue, React)
- Knowledge of NodeJS ecosystem
- Experience with.nix environment and terminal tools and utilities
- Experience with continuous delivery and deployment tools such as Jenkins
- Experience with Front End build tools like Webpack, Gulp, Grunt
- Knowledge of at least one other programming language such as Java, Python, Ruby, Go, PHP
- Experience with the Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills
- Excellent social, teamwork and communication skills
