SENIOR FRONT END DEVELOPER

My client a globally leading financials organisation is looking for a Senior Front End Developer for a long contract in Utrecht.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
* AngularJS
* Tooling such as Webpack, Rollup, Stencil, Jenkins, etc.
* Web Components, UI Components
* Ionic

EXPERIENCE:
* Dutch language is a plus but definitely not essential.
* A solid banking background will be advantageous.

Description:
My client is looking to renew the complete Front End stack. Currently their stack consists of a proprietary platform based entirely on AngularJS, consisting of an application Shell where feature components can be loaded, a proprietary Router, and a Front End API. In addition to client specific UI components (again in AngularJS) which are built and maintained.

The new stack will consist of as many framework-independent components as possible. The Front End API is rewritten in TypeScript, in which Redux plays an important role in maintaining the state of the application. User Interface components will be migrated to Web Components and the rest will be based on Ionic (which itself is based on Angular). For tooling, there will be used, among other things, Webpack, Rollup, Stencil, Jenkins, etc.

CONTRACT: 7 Months + Likely extension
RATES: Negotiable.
