A leading Banking Group based in Bristol require a Senior Manager with strong Financial Management experience to join their Operations Finance department.

This role sits within the Financial Management team and provides an opportunity for an individual to shape, lead an implement the finance agenda for 2 key cost control forums.

The ODF (Operations Design Forum) is a decision body established to challenge and approve spend within the Operations Business to both ensure appropriate challenge and sign-off for spend requests within the business.

The role holder will be required to consider the aims of this forum from a finance perspective, review and revise the terms of reference as appropriate and set in place the infrastructure and procedures to turn this forum into a pro-active, forward looking decision making body whereby the processes and mechanisms behind it's success are fully understood and communicated by both the Business and the Finance Business Partner teams.
