Senior Financial and Asset Analyst

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a SENIOR FINANCIAL AND ASSET ANALYST to join our client in NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA.

SR. FINANCIAL ANALYST WITH TEN (10+) YEARS OF INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and manage monthly budget tracking and forecasting process for line of business $12M budget area by acquisition (primary immediate need).
- Create and manage Project Integration budget and forecasting for each new acquisition.
- Coordinate budget submission and transfers from Corporate Controlling to IT and provide regular reporting by acquisition project and accounting function.
- Manage closing process for acquisition projects by identifying detailed assets and software and moving these back to correct operational cost centers along with identified budget.
- Handle business system authorizations, travel expenses.
- Set budget structure and IO's in SAP financial system, tracking 3rd party resources.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to independently manage and multi-task on at least 10 projects concurrently with attention to detailed data quality as well as the big picture.
- Ability to drive and clearly express financial activities, budgets, forecasts and requirements at all levels (country CFOs, global controllers, senior management, project team members) with an aggressive yet professional approach.
- Knowledge of large budget forecasting, financial project management, asset management, equipment purchasing, SAP systems and financial management process is a plus.
- Strong communication/presentation skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Pivot tables, PowerPoint are required.
- Asset and contract management experience with attention paid to local country account rules and knowledge of SAP IT accounting guidelines.
