Senior Financial Analyst/Reporting

ANALYZES MEDICARE PAYMENTS AND REPORTS ON THE RESULTS OF THE ANALYSIS FOR ACCOUNTING ACCRUALS AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION. MUST HAVE STRONG ANALYTICAL AND PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS AND THE ABILITY TO WORK WITH DIVERSE GROUPS OF INTERNAL CLIENTS. MAY ALSO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONDUCTING TECHNICAL ACCOUNTING RESEARCH AS NEEDED. PREPARES AND MAINTAINS SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION FOR MONTHLY, QUARTERLY AND ANNUAL REVIEWS. UPDATES AND COLLECTS BUSINESS UNIT REPORTING PACKAGES, HELPS PREPARE AD HOC FINANCIAL REPORTING AS NECESSARY.

Experience Level:
BA in Finance or Accounting required plus 5 - 6 years financial and operational analysis
Proven expertise in MS Access and Excel a must. High level of curiosity around problem solving is required.

Hours and days:
Mon - Friday 8:30 - 5:30 (flexible 8 hours but must start by 9 and leave no earlier than 3)

Scope of the project:
Less than one year backfill for team member moving on to project (through next June)
