Job Description Summary

Overview
This position reports to the Switch FP&A Business Leader. The person will manage all revenue (Gross and Contra) and expense financial planning and reporting activities for our client Switching Services business unit.

Key Interfaces
The person will work in close collaboration with the other teams in Europe Switch Finance, the Europe Controllers organization and the IMK Finance team.

Role
* Co-ordination and delivery of monthly and quarterly close including Flash results, O&Rs and management reports
. Co-ordination and delivery of annual strategic plan and budget, and quarterly forecasting
. Develop and publish the Switch KPIs dashboard
. Build an in-depth understanding of Europe Switch revenue drivers allowing senior management to get a clear view on Europe Switch financial results, risks and opportunities
* Drive forecasting accuracy on a quarterly basis
* Improve processes and tools for the above mentioned activities in order to drive end-to-end efficiencies
* Maintain a strong financial control environment, ensure timely and accurate accounting close, deliver timely and accurate forecasts and budgets

* University degree in economics or finance
* Demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis
* Very strong analytical skills
* High energy and self-motivated
* Solid track record in building relationships
* Strong communication skills
* Proven skills in process improvements
* Curious to understand the payments industry
* Strong skills in systems and tools (Hyperion, Oracle)
