Senior Financial Analyst

A SENIOR FINANCIAL ANalyst is required to join one of our key clients in Sydney's CBD.

The role is to participate as team member on financial aspects of sourcing contracts, RFP's and renegotiations. The Senior Financial Analyst supports the overall financial analysis of the sourcing engagement by supporting invoicing and payment processes.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in Financial Analysis activities like discounted cash flows analysis, NPV/IRR calculations, Invoice Analysis and reconciliation, business case development, sensitivity analysis and associated trending, etc.
- Demonstrates working knowledge with MS Office suite of software application, including: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Project, MS-Outlook, Win-ZIP, VPN, etc.
- Demonstrates ability to operate in a highly sensitive environment ensuring protection of confidential and private information.
- Prior experience in the outsourcing industry highly desirable.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills including, listening, written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrates ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Sound understanding of accounting principles and strong capability to extract relevant accounting data, wherever required, and reconcile to GL.
- Strong negotiation, Excel and reporting skills.
- Ability to liaise with staff at all levels.
- Eager to take on a new role and develop new skills.
