My Client based in Brussels is an international company leader in his sector.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
EXAMPLES OF "BUSINESS AS USUAL"-ACTIVITIES ON THE PLANNING OF HALF 1 - 2013 (NOT EXHAUSTIVE):
- General Ledger Accounting:
- Assistance in monthly closing,...
- Assistance and review of monthly external reportings: eg. filing of VAT declaration, intrastat, EC listings, Recupel,
- TREASURY:
Set up of financial flows for the CZ Acquiring Business and the Multi Currency Issuing Business from A->Z: obtain group approval, bank account creation at the Bank, power of signatory, systems set up, settlement set up - AP ACCOUNTING: processing of AP invoices in the e-billing tool and exception handling
- Third Party Accounting:
- Filing of corporate VAT listings
- Filing of corporate income tax returns
EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Master degree in Finance.
- 5 to 10 year of experience as Business Analyst Finance/Finance Manager with experience in reporting to foreign Headquarters, preferably been gone through an experience in an international audit firm.
LANGUAGES
- FRENCH/DUTCH: Bilingual
- ENGLISH: Good knowledge
IT SKILLS
- MS Office - excel and Powerpoint: very good
- Accounting software: ERP system: Oracle and/or SAP
- Miscellaneous software: Isabel, Business Objects
