Senior Finance Manager/Accountant - NHS Finance

SENIOR FINANCE TRANSFORMATION PROJECT MANAGER/ACCOUNTANT WITH NHS FINANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO BE BASED IN LONDON, SOUTH EAST OR LEEDS, YORKSHIRE.

CANDIDATES MUST BE A QUALIFIED ACCOUNTANT (CCAB, ACCA OR EQUIVALENT) AND MUST HAVE NHS FINANCE EXPERIENCE IN A SENIOR CAPACITY. YOU WILL HAVE SIGNIFICANT POST QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE AND EXCELLENT PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS WITH EXPERIENCE OF IMPLEMENTING LARGE SCALE ORGANISATION FINANCIAL CLOSEDOWNS, CONSOLIDATION OF ACCOUNTS AND TRANSFER OF ASSETS AND LIABILITIES.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the set up of arrangements for, and managing the clearance of outstanding balances and residual banking and cash arrangements. You will be required to effectively communicate with key stakeholders across all areas of the business and set clear expectations and objectives. As a project manager you will plan, control and manage the deliver of project deliverables, or sets of projects on time and to a high standard.

The role can be based in London or Leeds and will involve occasional travel.
