Senior Finance Manager

Steria is hiring SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER  

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED     

- Forecasting experience in a complex and dynamic environment
- Business partnering to influence budget/expenditure control through timely interventions
- Some experience of managing budgets and forecasts in the context of Parliamentary and Departmental spending controls would be desirable

KEY TASKS

This role will be working closely with the Director of Financial Planning which is a business critical financial function. The Consultant will be responsible for working with the Director Financial Planning to ensure that the Bank has robust modelling/forecasting capabilities to support decision making both at Board and product team levels.

THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE

- Preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Developing forecast scenarios to aid strategic decision making
- Modelling the future Balance Sheet and Income & Expenditure Statement in conjunction with the Financial Accountant
- Support the Director of Financial Planning on the development of Business Cases and Change Initiation in liaison with product teams
