The Senior Finance Analyst/Finance Manager is a key member of the Center Of Excellence of Finance & Reporting Janssen Belgium, part of Janssen Business Services.
SENIOR FINANCE ANALYST MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES FOR THIS ROLE:
Manage the financial closing processes as well as overseeing a timely and accurate preparation and reporting of financial statements to Corporate of 1 J&J Pharma company and 2 J&J Corporate MRC's as well as proper LE reporting.
Supervision of 3 direct reports
Supervision of the Hedging process of the supported LE's.
Connect with Finance colleagues within the JBS organization, R&D, JSC and the Country Tax Centers
Ensure compliance with US GAAP, statutory requirements and SOX
Support internal and external auditors with the execution of required activities
Support ongoing projects
SENIOR FINANCE ANALYST Key leadership characteristics and qualifications:
Good functional knowledge of US GAAP & Statutory Accounting
Ability to drive change and to work under tight deadlines
Proven ability to operate effective at management level
Strong communication skills and build excellent relations with your stakeholders
Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of SAP
Motivated, flexible and pro-active
