Senior Finance Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Acting as the main Finance point of contact for assigned areas, including provision of support during the budget process.
- Conducting regular reviews of financial performance with area leaders.
- Identifying trends and flagging issues for inclusion in quarterly forecasts.

SKILLS

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with at least five years of relevant financial and accounting experience is required. Excellent analytical, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills required. Strong attention to detail, ability to organize, prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, problem solve, and take the initiative on additional responsibilities. Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, are required. Preferred: Experience with an MRP system and other Microsoft Office applications a plus. Strong background in cost accounting an advantage. Previous manufacturing or pharmaceutical experience preferred but not a prerequisite. A CPA, CMA or MBA preferred.
