LEADING GLOBAL CONSULTANCY HAVE AN URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR A FINANCE & ACCOUNTING (F&A) CONSULTANT/SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT (SME), WITH A SPECIALISATION IN E-COMMERCE/B2C, TO WORK ON-SITE AT ONE OF THEIR BLUE CHIP CLIENTS IN CHINA.
The Consultant will be responsible for the following:
- Designing/Building B2C-wide finance & accounting policies, procedures, processes, organization structures and IT systems, which are fully integrated with Front End B2C business org-processes-IT systems. The Front End B2C business org-processes-IT systems will be changed on a needed basis.
The B2C F Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis(FP&A), Treasury(mainly cash mgmt. & working capital management), Tax, and Internal Controls.
The implementation will be global across multiple sites.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Candidates must have global experience and ideally have conducted complex, enterprise level F&A related work (Policy/Procedure/Org Process/IT Systems) with a large multinational E-commerce European or American organisation (ebay, Walmart, Tesco etc)
- Candidates must have a excellent understanding of B2C business.
- Candidates must have excellent global deployment experience.
- Candidates must be able to operate, and deal with, C level stakeholders.
- CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH AND BE AVAILABLE TO START IN THE NEXT 4 WEEKS ON-SITE IN CHINA.
- THIS IS INITIALLY A 6 MONTH CONTRACT ROLE WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSIONS
