Senior Experienced Recruiter - Scotland/Aberdeen

Our client a global oil and gas organisation is looking for an Experienced Senior Recruiter to join their team for an initial of 12-24 Months.

The candidate must have the following:

1) Minimum of 10 years of technical recruiting, preferably in the oil/gas industry with experience in a corporate or agency environment (retained/contingency search or contractor supplier)
2) Demonstrated in previous employment history a proficiency in communications, negotiations, strategic thinking and decision-making skills
3) Project and process management skills
4) Existing knowledge of sourcing strategies
5) Demonstrated experience recruiting for and closing 40+ requisitions in a given year.
6) Demonstrated successful experience recruiting via a variety of applicant tracking systems
7) Experience a variety of stakeholders like sourcers, Hiring Managers and HR in the Business.
8) Demonstrated successful stakeholder management with hiring managers.
