Senior Exchange Engineer

The Corporate Infrastructure's team mission is to deliver robust, highly available, and easy to use services to internal customers across the global enterprise. We are looking for an Engineer who is an expert in collaboration technologies, specifically Microsoft Exchange 2010, OCS/LYNC, and SharePoint. As a Senior Systems Engineer you will help design and build the future of Collaboration for our high-visibility client while maintaining the current global infrastructure. To be successful in this position you must have a strong desire to automate, lead, and be comfortable taking initiative.

You will be responsible for implementation, monitoring and maintaining the critical systems that all client users depend on. This also includes capacity planning, project coordination, and providing on-call technical support.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, and/or 5+ years relevant work experience
- 5+ years supporting Microsoft Exchange
- Ability to program to solve problems and automate repetitive tasks in a common Scripting or programming language such as Perl, PowerShell, and/or VBScript
- Clear, professional communication skills to contribute to team discussions; knowing when to contribute, when to listen, and when to ask questions
- Strong leadership skills and a successful track record of driving projects to completion

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience administrating Linux-based email systems and email Firewall appliances
- Understanding of SharePoint 2007/2010
- Working knowledge of OCS/LYNC
- Flexibility, thinking on your feet, and strong problem solving skills
- Demonstrable track record dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment
