Senior Estate Planner - Contract - Manchester - Market Rates per day

Initially this contract will be for 10 Weeks (dependent on start date).

My Manchester based client is looking for a strong Senior Estate Planner with experience of the below:
My client have developed an ambitious plan to reduce the overall cost of the estate, rationalising the numbers of and "re-stacking" buildings, reducing running costs and where appropriate sharing partner accommodation.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Estates professional with a track record of leading and managing the implementation of an organisation's estates strategy and master planning.

*You will have the knowledge, expertise and commercial acumen to drive this estates transformation realising savings of up to £8m in the next 3 years.
*You will be a qualified Estates professional with evidence of having delivered complex cost reduction projects.
*You will have proven experience of leading estates strategy, master planning and transformation projects.
*You will be experienced in working across partner organisations to optimise shared estate and develop and implement shared arrangements.
*You will have a robust track record of working in the commercial property sector and market. Ideally, you will have experience of PFI complex arrangements.
*You will be a good communicator, experienced in working with senior stakeholders in the organisation.
*You will have experience of building full business cases for change and leading there implementation.
