SR. ESCROW ASSISTANT needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in ANGELS CAMP, CA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- One (1) year of experience as Escrow Assistant
- Strong customer service orientation
- Detail orientation
- Excellent verbal communication

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:

- Provides support to Escrow department with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings
- Open orders, inputs closing statements from a worksheet prepared by Escrow Officer
- Prepares documents for closing and handles the complete disbursement and follow up of all escrow transactions

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Has one year of experience as Escrow Assistant

- Should have strong customer service orientation, detail orientation, excellent verbal communication
- Problem solving skills and strong organizational skills
