SENIOR ERP PROGRAMME MANAGER - BASED IN HELSINKI & PREFERENCE FOR A FINNISH SPEAKER. FINLAND LOCATION.
- Finnish is really important for this role - if you have no Nordic language please do not apply for this role as the stakeholders at board level are Finnish speaking and preference is for Finnish to be used on site. Clearly English is spoken, but as a preference for the stakeholder Finnish or Swedish-speaking Finns will top the shortlist
- This role is based in Helsinki and there will be travel round Finland.
- This is a functional Programme Manager Role - Multiple ERP implementations required in your prior experience. ERP is more Important than SAP but you need one SAP deployment.
- You will take the SAP template and implement it locally - the design and governance is done from Dublin Ireland
- You will do this contract role for 12-18 months + (the initial contract will be written for minimum 12 months)- you will then hold for phase 2 and ultimate final go live in its entirety
- You will be the communication change PM as well
- Have Managed teams and have good communication skills
- You will be reporting to Global Programme Manager (IT) and Director of Finance in Finland
Multiple ERP implementations required in your prior experience. Having undertaken a project like this before is a must with strong experience in Pharma/FMCG/SC & Distribution Space - the movement of goods is needed - SAP from A Financial Services or Services business will not fit here. This role would also suit a consultant who has worked for a big player on multiple implementations who wants total ownership from end to end.

Speaking language preference Finnish (Danish//Norwegian//Swedish will be considered but Finnish takes preference). looking for candidates from Finland Sweden Norway Denmark (ERP Deployment SAP and Multisite and Nordic and Programme Manager and Project manager)
