Senior Enterprise Service Desk Specialist - Secret Clearance Job

SENIOR ENTERPRISE SERVICE DESK REPRESENTATIVE needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Camp Pendelton, CA.

POSSESSION OF A SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION FOR EMPLOYMENT.

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Must Have Secret Clearance
- Must have minimum of SEC+ Cert
- Must have ITIL cert or will not be considered for position

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Under general supervision, conduct operations in support of the Enterprise Service Desk
- Execute scripts, answer calls, troubleshoot/resolve/and or escalate technical issues
- Open and close tickets, correlate events and incidents for management of Information Technology Services

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- High School diploma
- One to three (1-3) years minimum of applicable experience
- One (1) year experience in Information Technology required including at least one (1) year of customer service experience in IT
- Must Have Secret Clearance
- Must have minimum of SEC+ Cert
- Must have ITIL cert or will not be considered for position
