SENIOR ENTERPRISE MESSAGING SPECIALIST W/IN-DEPTH EXCHANGE AND LYNC KNOWHOW
We are looking for a Senior Messaging Specialist. Our customer has grown through aquisition. The existing messaging infrastructrures have been added to the existing environment on the fly and the environment has not undergone a general workover when it comes to design and architecture.
The goal is to redesign and implement a new global Exchange environment based on today's infrastructure, running on Exchange 2003 and Exchange 2010 as well as to build a clean AD integration concept for these Exchange Servers and implement it. The integration of Lync and MS Messenger is also part of this concept. The existing environment has to keep running on a 24/7 basis and the changes will be done directly to this very complex system containing approx. 60 virtualized and non-virtualized Exchange Servers of which 20 are running in Switzerland and 40 anywhere around the world.
You should have in depth experience in designing such enviroments and implementing them with the help of an engineering and operations team. Experience in Exchange Server load balancing and in building fault tolerant Exchange systems is also mandatory. You have designed & engineered globally running exchange environments on a large scale, are able to act as a lead engineer and - to a certain extent - as a technical Project Manager. You are an MS Exchange and Lync expert and know complex international Exchange environments.
German language skills are an asset but not a must. English language skills are mandatory.
Start is ASAP. Contract duration is at least 8 months.
