DESCRIPTION

Senior Endur developer with a high level of expertise and a proven track-record of delivering Connex required to work on a market regulatory reporting solution. The resource must also have experience and a proven track record of using OpenJVS code and Java. The resource will be responsible for the Connex development and working alongside additional Endur developers to implement the reporting solution in the Endur ETRM System.

ACTIVITIES

Developing reporting solution in Endur ETRM System
Development of Connex to handle the regulatory reporting requirements
Analyse the business requirements
Document current and design proposed processes
Prepare specifications
Work with scripters and test analysts

OBJECTIVE/PURPOSE OF ROLE

To develop Connex and the Endur ETRM system to handle the market regulatory reporting requirements which are due to go-live in January 2013.

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED (TECHNICAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE)

Technical Skills Required:
Experienced Endur professional with track record of delivering business change
Product implementation and/or remediation experience
Able to garner and document requirements from the business
Previous exposure to European Energy Trading an advantage
Experience of analysing the business requirements
Experience of documenting current and design proposed processes
Experience of preparing specifications
Experience of working with scripters and test analysts

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED (TECHNICAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE)

Domain/System Knowledge:
Knowledge and practical experience of the Openlink Endur ETRM system.
Knowledge and practical experience of the Openlink Connex integration platform
Demonstrable track-record of producing properly functioning OpenJVS code (Openlink's proprietary software for use with Endur or Findur) to appropriate standards, on-time and on-budget.
Knowledge and practical experience of Java programming
Knowledge of SQL

ADDITIONAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to deal directly with clients/users as well as the technical development team
Good planning and organisation skills being able focus own efforts on project deliverables
Ability to own and investigate and resolve issues
To have a proven track record of delivery
Have good numerical and analytical skills.
Be able to work flexibly as a member of a team, as well as being able to use their initiative and work alone
Experience of working with Scrum
