A global leading banking and financial service company are looking for a Senior Employee Relations Reporting Manager. This ER specialist will report into the Senior control function committee [SCFC] whom are decide on key employee relations issues, such as deferred compensation awards and revenue impairment.

An primary responsibilities will include:

- Liaise with senior stakeholder across numerous functions including HR, Finance, COOs, Risk, Internal Audit, Legal and IMG.
- Driving crucial case investigation to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Gather, validate, update, analyse and summarise large complex data sets for maintaining case log, liaising with DCCs and reporting to Senior Management, regulators and auditors.
- Set agendas, prepare Committee papers and coordinate Committee meetings to enable decision making on inter alia forfeiture of deferred compensation, including pre-meeting briefings and post meeting minutes. Follow up on action items.
- Lead the design and implementation of enhancements to the [SCFC] process, governance and documentation
- Continuously develop internal policy and procedures to increase efficiency and ensure compliance.
- Interpret current and future regulatory rules/guidelines and provide strategic input into remuneration governance, design and deferred award plan rules to ensure the bank's underlying governance and procedures fulfil the requirements.
- Develop network across the bank to enable active participation in cross functional committees and working groups that manage and support the bank's regulatory governance model, including acting as advisor to the Administration Committee, which reviews administrative issues arising under the deferred award plan rules.

An ideal candidate must:

- Have extensive analysis and reporting experience, with a proven ability to interrogate and succinctly summarise large datasets.
- Experience managing projects or co-ordinating activities on a cross divisional basis.
- Display excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders.
