Electromagnetic compatibility specialist.
We are currently looking for a Senior EMC specialist for our Engineering competence centre near Stockholm, to take on the challenge of designing and validating our future radio concepts, on detailed design level and on system level.
The position will include responsibility of analysis of various telecoms equipment, including definition of requirements and specification analyses.
The work will be done in close cooperation with our system design teams across the globe.
Skills required:
The successful candidate will have experiences of EMC design and/or EMC verification of telecoms equipment that has given a thorough and deep understanding of the electromagnetic complexity as well as the neighbouring areas like grounding, OVP, InterconnecT and high-speed data. We also require a high knowledge of simulation methods like FDTD, FEM and MLFMM etc. Hands on experience of lab environment are appreciated.
We also expect an understanding of conceptual design of equipment and comparison of various solutions in both the cost and the functionality perspective.
The candidate can of course communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing. We require at least a Masters level and most likely a PhD in Electrical engineering or equivalent background.
Ideally the candidate will have produced several international publications.

*The candidate should have a high focus on delivering high quality work.
*The candidate should have a strong feeling and interest innovative solutions, innovative technologies and for product development and also to share experiences with others in the team and have a proven capability to pursue creative solutions.
*Experience of work in research organisations (or at Universities) driving research activities targeting deliveries 3-5 year from now is appreciated.
*Prior experience from international and multicultural work is preferred.
