Senior Embedded Software Engineer

Senior Embedded software engineer - Wiltshire - £Neg - 3 months

My client have a requirement from one of our well know companies who are looking for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join them on a contract basis working on developing Embedded C software and resolving issues on existing products within the R&D team.

Skills:

Embedded C, programming on ARM based processors
Board level bring up, storage scopes, logic analyser and low level driver debugging
Experience on using bug and issue tracking systems
DSP knowledge and algorithm knowledge would be beneficial
C++ and or Linux would be beneficial
Working on own initiative and with a can do attitude
Well organised and the ability to work to tight deadlines
Problem solving and identifying and resolving issues.

Previous experience

3+years in a audio industry or similar
Track record with working on Embedded systems/products
5+years with a development environment

This is a 3 month contract for the successful developer, one stage interview.
