Senior Embedded Software Engineer

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The candidate will work with the team responsible for USB software development on pre-silicon and reference platforms to deliver USB3 software and hardware solutions to be used across multiple SoC platforms in multiple business units.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and debug solutions for complex architecture/system issues using formal education, judgment and formal software processes.
- Contribute to design, develop, debug and test USB3 solutions to ultimately create production driver code to include with Embedded OS distributions for the portable device markets, include tablet and smart-phone markets.
- Working with the hardware teams in a pre-silicon environment to determine if the hardware is working as expected.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Expert level C coding skills
- Strong C++ skills
- Debugging skills
- Device Driver development experience
- Windows OS knowledge
