Senior Embedded C Software Engineer - Belfast

Projektbeschreibung
ROLE:
You will be responsible for the architecture and development of systems comprising both PC based applications (using C#/.NET) and Embedded Software Applications/Device Drivers. You may be either individually responsible for all phases of the development (requirements, architecture, design, coding and verification) or may be a member of a larger team.
You will be required to work equally well with customers, partners and colleagues.
REQUIREMNETS:
The successful candidate will need to be highly motivated, a fast learner, and able to work through difficult situations.
Track record of Embedded software system development
- From requirements, architecture, design, development and verification.
- Using a RTOS (pSOS, VXWorks, Linux etc)
- In C/C++.
- For MIPS/ARM or PowerQUICC targets.
Track record of non-web application level software system development.
- From requirements, architecture, design, development and verification.
- On N-Tier Architectures.
- Using multi-threading scheduling.
- TCP/IP Comms and Networking.
- UI development.
Applied knowledge of architectural principles for the development of high-availability, carrier grade systems.
Applied knowledge of the processes and toolchains for the development of high-availability, carrier grade software systems.
Self-motivated and goal driven. Capable of working alone or as part of a team. Good oral and written communications.

B.Eng, BSc, 2.2 or higher.
