Senior EM Rates Exotic Quant - Top Tier IB

My Client is looking to fill a senior desk quant position in London for their EM Exotic Rates desk. The successful candidate will be expected to make trips between London and AsiaPac often to help build the business there. My clients are interested in UK/Europe based candidates with a good fit to the job description below.

Experience
* 4-5 years in a front office quant role supporting a fixed income exotics business. (down to 3 years for outstanding candidate)
* Should be comfortable with standard fixed income exotics modelling approaches (BGM, Short Rate, Markov functional).
* Additionally should have a working knowledge of flow/vanilla business and associated issues (how yield curves and SABR surfaces are marked, practical issues and how to trouble shoot them, etc.).

Education
* Preferably Ph.D./PostDoc but Masters from a good university is fine.
* Must be in a numerate discipline (Engineering, Maths, Physics, etc.)
* Good programming knowledge of C++/Excel-VBA

Skills
* Strong analytical skills combined with a good intuition.
* Good technical communication is essential
* Self driven and able to take ownership of supporting a front-office business.
