Senior Electrical Engineer

A Senior Electrical Engineer is required on a contract basis for a World Leading Engineering Company based in the UK.

Job: Senior Electrical Engineer

Location: North West

Duration: 12 months+

Rate: 395 per day

As the successful Senior Electrical Engineer you will have the following knowledge and experience:-

BEng (Hons) / MEng or equivalent.
CEng, MIET (or be able to satisfy requirements for CEng).
Experience of:marine, Nuclear, Defence or Power industry.
Technical report writing skills.
Knowledge and experience in defence standards.
Proven track record of system or equipment design.
In depth understanding of at least one of the following areas:- Power system modelling; generators; switchgear; protection; power electronics.
Process documentation
Writing Technical reports.
Writing Technical specifications.
Producing Outline Functional System Diagrams.
Writing System Safety Justifications.
Technical presentations
Calculations
Power System Modelling and Analysis
Developing test procedures and facilities
Attending factory acceptance tests
