Senior Electrical Design Engineer - Building Services

Central London based Building Services client is urgently seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer for a 3 month+ contract. £25-30 per hour, based on a 40 hour week.

*Ability to manage own discipline on medium scale projects as a minimum.
*Ideally the ability to manage MEP team including junior engineers and CAD staff on small to large scale projects
*Experience working on small and medium/large scale residential and mixed use developments from concept to detailed design + ability to manage design intent through the construction stage.
*Excellent proven technical ability in own discipline from concept to detailed design.
*Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients and architects
*Ability to manage design process
*Ability to produce technical drawings and specifications to detailed design
*Ability to hit the ground running!

Rate: £25- 30 per hour Dependent on experience.
