You must have the following:

* Strong Building Services background
* Hi end Residential project experience
* Sound technical knowledge
* Comfortable carrying out all necessary design function including calculations
* Experience in leading own projects
* Experience liaising with clients
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
* Ability to work individually and as a team
* Drive and determination
* Forward thinking and able to anticipating problems
* Excellent communication skills
* Keen to progress within the company

Ideally you will have the following:

* Ideally Degree qualified or equivalent in relevant subject

Role information:

* You will work on a wide range of high end residential
* Undertake detailed design calculations
