Senior Education Advisor

ITN Mark Education is currently looking for an Education Advisor to work for our flagship Leadership and Advisory division based in Fleet Street, London.

ITN Mark is one of the largest and most respected education recruitment consultancies in the UK and our Leadership and Advisory division is currently undergoing an exciting phase of consolidation and expansion.

Our current team consisting of former Headteachers and experienced recruiters have tapped into a niche market recruiting for both interim and substantive school leaders and school improvement specialists. As part of our expanding team you will be tasked with developing a network of Education Advisors to send into schools to complete whole school or specific reviews and be able to undertake these improvement reviews yourself.

The successful candidate will be an experienced school leader and have a proven track record of providing advisory services or enabling school improvement. In addition to this education experience, you will be able to liaise with Headteachers, Chairs of Governors, Local Education Authorities and Academy Sponsors to develop relationships, building our reputation within the industry and extending our national footprint. You will also be responsible for assembling a bank of Advisors who will be able to undertake school reviews with you. You will be hard working and tenacious and motivated, with a passion for education and excellent communication skills with both candidates and clients alike, over the phone and face-to-face.
