On behalf of our client, a leading global company, we are looking for a SENIOR DWH BUSINESS ANALYST WITH BANKING EXPERIENCE. For this contract position based in Zurich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible.

ROLE
- Responsibility for capturing and decomposing business requirements and transform them into functional requirements specifications
- The chance to independently investigate business problems and formulate solution proposals
- Support and coordination function in System Integration and User Acceptance Test phases
- Function as single project representative (discussing requirements and negotiating priorities with the client)
- Assistance in project planning activities and coordination function towards other projects
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Over 7 years of professional experience in a Business Analyst role
- Proven experience and knowledge in DWH Datamodelling techniques, data- and business analysis
- Experience in designing data marts within analytical environment with multiple and complex data sources
- Proficient DB2 and SQL/Toad skills (write and read)
- Enterprise Architect (EA) knowledge
- Knowledge of BI tools (Business Objects and Cognos)
- Banking experience
