Senior Duty Manager - Banking

We are currently looking for a Senior Duty Manager for an International Financial Institution based in LONDON, UK.

You will need to Lead engagements at financial services firms to address some of the pressing issues faced in the industry related to industry change and transformation, customer satisfaction and compliance

Collaborate with other streams including technology delivery streams within the customer to deliver a compelling value proposition to the client
Own the client relationships specific to the engagement
Provide leadership and mentor junior consultants in the engagement team
Support business development activities

We are looking for someone that has 15+ YEARS EXPERIENCE OF WORKING AS A SENIOR PROJECT/PROGRAMME MANAGER.

You must have looked after multiple banking customers Must be aware and have good experience in the testing phases of programmes

You should have deep understanding of one or more domains (eg Payments, eBanking, regulatory) in retail banking, capital markets or insurance
You should have good experience in Test Planning and Test Execution Management for financial services engagements
Strong experience in SDLC
Prior experience in managing large multi-located test execution and test support teams
Any accreditations such as PMP, PRINCE2 or MSP is a bonus
