Senior Domain Requirements Engineer - Switzerland

My high-profile client based in Zurich is currently seeking a Requirements Engineer, for an upcoming project.

Rate: Neg (Dependant on Experience)

Duration: 6 months +

The post holder will in place to assist on:

- Product requirement specifications, case models, business object models and adherent product specifications such as business rules, work-flows and interfaces
- The identification of areas for improvement
- The understanding of business goals and needs within the context of business processes and support of business during Business Solution Concept phase
- The definition of a projects individual requirements engineer approach which is aligned with relevant stakeholders (Business, ITPL, Solution Architect, Lead Engineer)
- Identifying requirements during the whole project life cycle and the challenges of business requirements during elicitation
- Specifying product requirements (via UML, Use Case Models, Use Cases, business object models etc).
- Establishing, developing and maintaining working relationships with business & project stakeholders and close collaboration with IT team, to ensure common understanding

The ideal candidate will have:

- 7 years of experience as a business engineer/requirements engineer
- Strong UML experience
- Experience using requirements engineering tools and methods (eg Use Case modelling, UML).
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- The ability to work within a team, effectively
- Fluent German and English language skills

Desirables:

- CPRE or CBAP certification
- AML (Anti Money Laundering) experience
- Knowledge about banking processes
- Experience in team leadership
- Academic degree (Masters, Bachelor) in economics, computer science or similar
