Senior Digital Signal Processing Engineer

*Participate in concept development and drive the DSP integration for a high-volume NFC products
*Interpret requirement specification for system development and design digital signal processing (DSP) blocks for NFC systems
*Specification, digital design, verification, and validation of integrated circuits for NFC applications
*Design digital blocks optimized for area, performance and power consumption
*Participate to digital verification using advanced verification technologies (MDV)
*Support firmware engineer for correct block integration
*Support of RF engineers for system/performance tests
*Support test development engineers for production ramp up
*Support / mentor digital design engineers or master thesis
*Participate regular peer to peer reviews and design reviews
*Support design in activities at customers
*Support Digital Design Manager for the planning and execution of projects and resource allocation

VORAUSSETZUNGEN:

*Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering
*Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in digital design
*Proven track record on having one product in high volume production
*Fluent in at least one RTL coding language (VHD, Verilog, SystemVerilog)
*Experience in digital signal processing in the area of wireless communication
*Experience with Matlab
*Basic understanding of advanced verification methodologies
*Very good analytical skills
*Very good communication skills
*Structured in your way of working
*Open to new ideas and have an creative attitude
*Taking initiative to spot and implement improvements
