As a Senior Digital Proposition Analyst, you'll have the challenge of delivering market leading propositions for a global business, as part of the most innovative and respected digital banking team in the UK. This role also delivers the creative freedom to create truly customer-centric digital propositions.

Our Digital Banking team is one of the most innovative parts of our business, and the perfect environment for anyone with digital experience in an e-commerce background. The aim here is to make Barclays the 'Go-To' digital bank in the UK, and even though they've only been around for 13 years, they process over 1.7million transactions per day and have over 3.4million customers.

 

Role Responsibilites

As a Senior Digital Proposition Analyst, your main responsibilities will involve:

Maximising value for digital banking by retaining and growing the number of clients using digital service
Increasing the amount of revenue generated by digital banking
Ensuring the delivery of new developments to time, cost and quality
Providing business analysis expertise to digital banking programmes or projects
Working across the business to ensure new developments adopt an integrated multi-channel approach, delivering a world-class client experience

 

Candidate Experience

As a Senior Digital Proposition Analyst, your skills and qualifications will include:

 

Proven change or programme management skills - including tracking, critical path method and benefits realisation
Comprehensive problem-solving skills, including the ability to apply creative and innovative thinking to challenge the status quo and drive beneficial process improvements.
A command of business analysis techniques - including the application of industry-standard methodologies, techniques, complex modelling, scenario planning and the use of software
The ability to drive beneficial change
A commercial business perspective, and an appreciation of digital banking strategies and programme management decisions
