Senior Digital Program Manager - Financial Industry

ABOUT THE ROLE:

1) Reviewing the adequacy of the organization's existing project life cycle and change management standards

2) Identify reengineering opportunities to optimise the performance of the organisation's tools and methodologies

3) Determining the implementation and change management strategies to guide IT team members through the transition to the new tools and methodologies and to ensure and monitor take up and compliance.

4) Ensuring process alignment with corporate strategy

5) Securing Senior Executive and management support

6) Managing the planning, organisation, implementation and control of all aspects of the program

KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

1) Experience in Project delivery of digital technology in large corporate environment across all phases of the systems development life cycle.

2) Ability to define, communicate strategic vision and act as leader of change into large corporate environment across international locations

3) High level skills in stakeholder management, building strategic working relationships, coaching and communication at very senior levels

4) Negotiation skills and ability to manage conflict at GM level

5) High-order decision-making abilities

6) Experience in Business Process Re-Engineering in technical delivery area
