Experience:
1. Experience running large-scale technology transformation and systems integration programmes
2. Managing team size of 20+ FTEs and 1MEuro + spend
3. Good understanding of multi-channel digital transformation initiatives involving social, web, mobile, analytics and cloud technologies
4. Experience implementing agile and iterative delivery models
5. Experience vendors and multi-location cross-cultural teams
6. Fluent in English and Spanish.
