EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Delivering the digital communications strategy, working closely with the Customer Communications and Digital Manager and rest of the team.
Line managing two digital publishers and overseeing their work to high standard.
Thinking of innovative ways in which we can better use digital technology to engage our customers and producing creative re-usable content and campaigns for digital channels.
Writing and producing quality digital content for use across all our channels including the website, blogs, newsletters and social media.
Gathering insight and evaluating all internal communications activity.
