Senior Devops Web Engineer (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Analysis of the current patch status
- Immediate remediation for possible critical security risk
- Review of the current patch and upgrade process
- Design of a highly automated patch and upgrade process
- Implementation of the new patch and upgrade process
- Implementation of metrics collection system, dashboards, etc.

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Deep understanding of virtual infrastructure based on VMWare and OpenStack
- Experience in operating different Linux Distributions (Debian, Ubuntu)
- Experience with SQL and non SQL Data Store Solutions (MySQL, Cassandra, Elasticsearch)
- Experience with Kafka
- Experience provisioning and configurating management solutions (puppet, salt, terraform)
- Knowledge about monitoring systems, such as Sensu and time series metrics, e.g. Graphite, Prometheus, etc.
