Senior Development Engineer - System Integration Troubleshooter (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Conducting root-cause investigations of systemic issues found during development or escalated from field or Operations in all lifecycle phases (from early feasibility to product care) and collaborate with other functions that develop solutions for complex issues
- Building up subject matter expertise and providing support to the Development Teams (Assay-, Software- and Instrument-Development), Global Customer Support, Case Investigation and Resolution (CIR) and Operations (this requires close cross-department interaction in order to gather all information needed to ensure high quality support)
- Setting up Testing scripts and Command Lines with R&D Tool / Phyton eg used for Reliability set up
- Independent planning and implementation of complex internal and external sub-projects. Technical representation of the Technical Project Manager or Team Leader within specific working groups 
- Conduct integration development activities on system component level, thereby closely interact with project teams, and participating and coordinating with other internal groups and departments
- Performing statistical data analysis to support root-cause investigation and problem solving, risk assessment, product development and process improvement 

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least an HF degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in the development of diagnostic systems in a System Integration or related field
- Troubleshooting experience and a “systems thinking” mindset / multidisciplinary
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time, in small teams and deal with priority changes in a high-paces work environment
- English fluent in written and spoken
- German fluent in written and spoken
