MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY:
* Development of reagent formulations for Blood Gas & Electrolyte (BGE) systems in Point-of-Care Instrument Development
* Leading of sub-projects within system projects, Process Improvement,-Product Care-, Product Update- and Technology projects
Project role
* Contribution to product care activities such as end of life material substitutions, operations support and special releases
* Specification and support in establishment of materials and methods for manufacturing, testing and packaging of reagents
* Design transfer and support of scale-up in alignment with BGE reagent operations Contribution to FMEA and risk analysis
* Responsibility for creation of development specific documents according to regulatory and internal guidelines
* Managing and maintenance of reference strain collection in collaboration with external partners
* Management of external partners, OEM partners and client-internal providers
REQUIRED SKILL
* Minimum 3 years of experience in IVD development
* Knowledge of development processes for IVD products
* Minimum 2 years of experience in assay development
* Project leadership skills
* Master in Chemistry or equivalent
* Good experience in MS Office and SAP
LANGUAGES:
* English: Fluent
* German: Good
