Senior Development Consultant

My client, a large Utilities company is looking for a SENIOR DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT to work on contract in the Central Belt.

ROLE

The successful candidate will lead the design and delivery of development interventions for a large programme of change.

You will complete a full training needs analysis for the change programme and then lead a small team to design and deliver development interventions. Working within an Asset Management framework, where they complete strategic and tactical plans for our assets and then scope, plan, design and deliver capital and operational (engineering) interventions.

SKILLS

- Experienced in designing and delivering technical skill interventions
- Experienced in working in change programmes/projects
- Preferable to have experience of working within an engineering context

Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
