Senior Developer with Java and .NET

Yoh has an immediate contract opportunity for a SENIOR DEVELOPER WITH JAVA AND .NET with our client in Wilmington, DE. This is a long term contract opportunity with the possibility to go permanent.

Job Responsibilities:
- Quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies is a must.
- This position would implement check operations workflows on FIS Vision application suite and works closely with Agile developers, QA, BSA and other team members.
- Responsible for the definition, design, construction, integration, testing, and support of reliable and reusable software solutions, addressing business opportunities. Includes systems analysis, creation of specifications, coding, testing, and implementation of application programs and data interfaces.
- Responsible for overall application design, including interfaces with other applications and systems.
- Assures that application designs are consistent with industry best practices application attributes (including scalability, availability, maintainability, and flexibility).
- Coordinating others work while involved with multiple work streams.

Required Job Qualifications:
- Three (3) to Five (5) years prior application development experience.
- Five (5) + years of experience with Financial Services clients.
- Senior Application Developer experienced in configuring and developing custom application workflows.
- Ideal candidate would have experience in developing check processing workflows for deposit operations.
- Requires a previous domain of experience in applications development.
- Oversight experience.
- Demonstrated experience with large scale application integration efforts.
- Have participated in more than five (5) Agile projects.
- Communication - Ability to communicate strategies and processes around data modelling and architecture to cross functional groups and senior levels.
- Ability to influence multiple levels on highly technical issues and challenges.
- Demonstrated experience to influence and coordinate third parties and suppliers.
- Experience with Java, .NET and UNIX is a plus.
- Candidates experienced in application support and Scripting would also be considered for this position.
